Refund policy

1. Custom Manufacturing Clause: All merchandise is manufactured on-demand utilizing specialized digital textile production processes upon order confirmation. Due to the customer nature of these operations, JamirDaevon Apparel LLC does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, or quantity selections.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Shipments: Industrial quality control standards are maintained across all production lines. In the event that a shipment arrives structurally damaged, physically defective, or materially discrepant from the invoice, the issue will be corrected at the company's expense.

• Reporting Window: All claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of documented delivery.
• Submission Requirements: To initiate a claim, the purchaser must submit the original order number alongside clear photographic evidence of the manufacturing variance or damage to our official administration portal.
• Resolution Protocol: Upon internal validation of the defect, a replacement unit will be issued to the production queue immediately, or a full credit adjustment will be processed to the original payment instrument. NOTE:  Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the financial institution to post the refunded credit to the account.
